Surveys Being Tested!

Hi everyone,

We are pleased to announce that everything for the BackerKit survey setup is now in a good place. We have begun doing a "smoke test", which is where we send surveys to only a small group of backers to make sure there aren't any issues before sending them out to the larger group.

Please note: we recently received updated 2026 shipping quotes from carriers and there has been an increase in shipping costs to international backers' orders (primarily on packages that are 4lbs or lighter). This is not across the board, and we are doing everything we can to mitigate these costs, but their pricing is out of our control. The good news is that because of advancements with BackerKit's platform, we now offer accurate shipping rates for nearly every country that we are able to ship to. In the past, many countries were combined into different groupings, so this is a great improvement. 😊

Assuming there are no hiccups or issues reported during the test, we plan on launching surveys to the wider group tomorrow or Wednesday.

We'll do an update when this happens, so stay tuned!

Hi everyone,

BackerKit surveys have been fully built and are being reviewed by the BackerKit Support team now.

Given the size of the surveys, this probably will take a few days, but we are hoping to begin testing surveys by the end of this week with the aim of them launching wide by next week.

And in bigger news ICYMI on Friday a Let's Play feature film is in development!

Survey Update

Hi everyone,

Another quick update - we are still working on getting surveys ready, but they should be good to go by the end of this month (January). Besides the high number of items featured in this campaign, there are updated shipping rates coming out for the new year, and it has contributed to the delay.

This delay in launching surveys will not impact the current estimated fulfillment date.

Surveys Launching In January

Quick update - we are pushing the launch of surveys to January as they are taking longer on the development side to build out, due to the large number of items that were available in the campaign.
